My approach to training is to focus on the little muscles first - the muscles that are 'invisible', yet so powerful that they slow us down and make us wince when they're not in good shape. These little muscles are proprioceptive by nature and are the unsung heroes that help keep your spine aligned, your joints rotating properly, your core strong and your posture and balance optimal. They have a lot of work to do and need to be in good shape. Once these muscles are in good form, so are you! You will find your overall strength, flexibility and activity levels improve.

I like to take a "team" approach to personal training. By working together we will focus on helping you reach your goals. As a trainer, I blend Pilates based training with other training disciplines. We will gently begin your sessions and as you progress we'll increase the challenge of your program to help achieve your goals.
