It is important for clients to have a good rapport with their trainer and vice versa!  
With this in mind, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you if you are considering working with a trainer. Feel free to give me a call to discuss your interests, ask your questions and get an initial feel of whether we’ll have a good fit.  
Your first training session 
We will chat a bit more than usual during your first session so we can begin to outline your program. Each training session is designed to work towards your personal objectives. 
  • Do you have questions?  
  • Do you have objectives?  
  • How is your general health?
  • Do you have an injury history that may be relevant to your training?
We will also complete a Postural analysis and discuss the findings during this session.  
Behind the Scenes
I'm focused on your training program, outside of our time together.   
I plan each session in advance; after each session, I will document the session and outcomes.  I refer to these notes to plan your next session and to monitor your overall progress.
